Are all your products Vegan?

Yes. All CULTIVATECO. products are vegan, and always will be. We do not use any animal derived or animal by-products such as beeswax, honey, milk, tallow, lanolin and animal derived retinol.

Are all your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test any products on animals, and reject animal testing at any stage of primary materials sourcing, product development and manufacture.

Are your products 100% Plant based?

Some of our products are 100% plant, for example GLOWRIOUS Serum and BALM2CALM skin and lip balm. There is nothing other than the best of pure nature! All other CULTIVATECO. products are over 99.9% plant-based ingredients, and where a non-plant based alternative is not possible we use natural or nature identical substitutes. Inorganic components such as water and clay are from natural, sustainable sources.

Are your products 100% natural?

All ingredients in all CULTIVATECO. products are designed with care to meet the approval requirements of natural product certifications such as COSMOS/ECOCERT. In some instances where a preservative is synthesised, the ingredient is identical to that naturally occurring in plants and must meet the standards for natural products.

We will continue to discover, test and innovate with new ingredients and preservatives until we achieve 100% plant based without the need for any nature identical synthesised ingredients.

Do you use preservatives in your products?

When the formulation requires it yes we do. Almost every product with any amount of water in it requires a preservative system, and this is especially true of natural products as there are typically more bio-available nutrients in which microbes could flourish. An effective preservative system is necessary to ensure products are safe to use for the duration of their shelf life, and can withstand every day exposure to potential contamination.
There are many types of preservatives including plant-based, natural and nature identical. CULTIVATECO. only uses preservatives approved under natural product certifications such as COSMOS/ECOCERT. Along with our robust continuous improvement and research and innovation programs, our preservative systems are constantly reviewed as we strive to bring 100% plant-based products to you across our entire range.

Do you use Palm Oil in any of your products?

We do not use any pure Palm Oil in any of our formulations.
Some of our products do not contain any Palm Oil derivatives. Some products contain very small amounts of sustainably produced Palm Oil derivatives where the alternative is more environmentally damaging.
First and foremost, all of our raw materials are sourced from certified sustainable producers. As viable and sustainable alternatives become available, we will immediately remove all Palm Oil derivatives from our products.

Are your products safety tested?

Yes. All of our products are stability and challenge tested to EU standards prior to release. This can take up to 6 months but we feel this is a crucial process to ensure our products are effective and safe for the duration of their shelf life.

I have very sensitive skin, can I use CULTIVATECO. products?

All CULTIVATECO. products are formulated to be suitable for sensitive skin. As always if you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your health care professional prior to use. All ingredients in every product are available on the label and on our website.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

While we have formulated all of our products to be safe and effective on all skin types, skin changes during pregnancy are very common. We recommend you consult with your health care professional prior to use. All ingredients in every product are available on the label and on our website.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. All of our packaging is at minimum recyclable, and we are working to introduce biodegradable and compostable materials across all packaging components as soon as possible. We are collaborating with a number of innovative packaging designers and engineers to achieve the highest level of sustainability in our packaging, including sourcing raw materials from certified sustainable producers and selecting packaging that meets both our quality requirements to ensure product safety as well as functional and aesthetically pleasing design features.
Most of our products are packaged in glass which is infinitely recyclable and completely inert (non-reactive) to the ingredients. For those products where glass is impractical, such as body wash for the shower, we have chosen recyclable PET plastic.
As new technologies and new materials become available, we will continue to review all of our packaging concepts to ensure we constantly push towards 100% sustainability.

What is the shelf life of your products?

CULTIVATECO. products have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years. The batch number and best before date are clearly marked on all bottles and jars for your reference. To help keep your products fresh and effective, store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Are your products Australian made?

We are an Australian owned and operated company, based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our products are manufactured by a COSMOS certified manufacturer in New Zealand, using raw ingredients and materials from across the globe including Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. We believe in the best, where ever that may be, and we stop at nothing to bring you only the best, sustainable, effective products made from natures finest raw materials.

Where can I buy CULTIVATECO.?

All of our products are available online and with select stockists across Australia.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and numerous local currency options. Our payment processing, excepting PayPal, is done with STRIPE, offering the highest standards in security and anti-fraud measures for your protection.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $100 will be shipped within Australia by 100% Carbon Neutral courier delivery free of charge. Other free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and QLD public holidays). Orders for most metro areas within Australia should arrive within 2-5 working days. For more detailed information and updates please see our shipping information page.

Due to Coronavirus impacts on postage and shipping within Australia and across the world, some shipping services are experiencing delays in making deliveries. We are working with our delivery partners to get your purchases to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation from us within 24-48 hours of order placement, contact us on or phone 1800 SKIN LOVE.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at or use our contact us page. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

Can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email or freecall 1800 SKIN LOVE with the correct address.

Can I cancel my order?

If you notify us before your order has been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order if we are unable to resolve any issues you may have. Please note orders may be dispatched almost immediately upon order. For assistance, please email, or call 1800 SKINLOVE.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched please refer to our returns information page for instructions on how to return your purchases.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Yes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know you will love our products as much as we do, but in the rare event that they do not meet your expectations, please refer to our returns information page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Please refer to our shipping information page for more information.

Do I have to pay additional charges, duties or taxes?

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. CULTIVATECO. has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
